A morning every pharmacy owner knows

Your pharmacist just called in sick.

Before we explain what we do, here's the problem we built Badeel to fix.

  1. 7:00 AMThe phone rings. Your pharmacist is sick and won't make it.
  2. 7:20 AMYou call everyone you know. Nobody's free.
  3. 9:30 AMYou open late, and your patients have gone elsewhere.
  4. With BadeelYou post the shift from your phone in a minute, and verified pharmacists nearby apply. You choose who covers it.

How it works

Safety

Both sides protected from the first shift

Here's what protects the pharmacy and the pharmacist on every shift, from day one.

  • Every licence checked by a person

Our team checks the practising licence and ID before anyone's first shift.

  • Payment held until the shift is worked

The pharmacy pays up front. The money only moves once the work is done.

  • Check-in at the pharmacy

Pharmacists check in and out on site, at the pharmacy's own location.

  • Both sides rate each other

After every shift, each side rates the other, so trust stays visible.

Pricing

One clear price. No surprises.

  • Pharmacies pay a 10% service fee on top of the shift pay.
  • Pharmacists keep 100% of the shift pay.
  • Pay arrives in about 24 hours, to an e-wallet or card.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Didn't find your question? We reply within 24 hours.

info@badeelhealth.com
Who checks the licences?

A person on our team reviews every pharmacist's practising licence and ID before their first shift. We don't rely on an automated check alone.

When do I get paid?

About 24 hours after you check out of the shift, straight to your e-wallet or card. You get the full shift pay; the service fee is paid by the pharmacy.

What if the pharmacist doesn't show up?

You don't pay for a shift that wasn't worked, and you can post it again straight away. A no-show counts against the pharmacist's rating and can get their account suspended.

Is my phone number shared?

Only with the other side of a confirmed shift, so you can reach each other on the day. We never sell your data.

Which cities do you cover?

We're starting in Baghdad, on both the Karkh and Rusafa sides. Wherever you are, join the waitlist and we'll email you when Badeel reaches your city.

How much does it cost?

Joining is free for both sides. Pharmacies pay a 10% service fee on top of the shift pay, only for shifts that were worked. Pharmacists pay nothing.
